The
ova suitable to treat in the laboratory are selected first. Ova collected
are placed in special nutrient media, and left there for 2-3 hours. The
semen sample obtained with masturbation on the same day is placed in a
sterile container, and brought to the laboratory. They are washed and
required procedures are performed after treating with special methods.
Ova are brought together with sperms taken from your spouse the same day.
They are taken out of the incubator for checking of the fertilization.
